As society evolves, more and more people are using computers every day, but know very little about them. Most users do not understand common computer errors or
symptoms, and therefor tend to simply ignore any issues that present which do not debilitate their PCs.
Obviously,
this is not the best strategy. However, without in-house technical support such as that available in a corporate environment, home users and small business owners are forced to face the ambiguity and inconvenience of bringing their PCs to repair centers--often, for days at a time, with $75 diagnostic fees, and no idea what the final repair bill will look like or how long it will be before they get their computer back.
Experience has shown, that instead of facing these uncertain conditions, users seem to prefer to simply hope that their computer issues do not escalate. And
typically, they continue to ignore the symptoms present until their PCs simply stop working.
These are the users for which PCEasy was created--average men and women who use computers every day, but don’t possess the technological savvy to install new
software or peripherals (printers, scanners, cameras, etc.), set-up a wireless network, or diagnose and repair common problems.
It is our mission to help these users create safe and healthy computing environments in their homes and businesses, through affordable service, training and
education.
